It is easier to work with our users in a product management, because we can always enhance the software toguether wiht ISO. > > **Cons**: The users need to infer about a few functionalities, so it needed, almost mandatory to have a more detailed training, specially if the user is not from the aviation industry. > > I started using the software from a user perspective, when I worked on operation department. As a user I always liked the software, because if it didn't adapt to our processes, there was always the possibility to customize or enhance the features. I also used as a project manager developing a billing function alongside with ISO, the software proved to be fully adaptable for everything that can be flight related.
