> **Pros**: L'interfaccia di amministrazione è facile da navigare e moderna, tutte le informazioni più importanti sono molto visibili. L'integrazione a sito e con i gestionali è facilitata ed ha richiesto poco effort. Il software è completato da un app mobile ad uso degli store manager.

> **Cons**: Il backend potrebbe essere migliorato in termini di velocità anche se le informazioni necessarie non richiedono l'apertura di molte schede, le informazioni sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili.

> Con RetailTune abbiamo raggiunto l'obiettivo di dare la massima visibilità ai negozi, indistintamente diretti e wholesaler. Con il servizio abbiamo creato vere e proprie pagine di negozio complete, indicizzabili con informazioni di orari, indirizzi nonché prodotti in primo piano presenti instore. Possibilità di contatto con gli store manager ed attivazione di campagne dedicate. Integrato nel sito ecommerce del brand ci ha permesso di raggiungere un livello importante di omnicanalità e di fare conversioni di tipo drive-to-store. Il software garantisce anche una sincronizzazione perfetta delle informazioni in tutti i touch point (facebook, google, siti aziendali) richiedendo un solo passaggio di aggiornamento.

L'integrazione con il gestionale ed il sito web è stata semplice, nonostante le richieste particolari, è stata supportata da un costante aiuto del team tecnico. Retail Tune ci permette di veicolare informazioni importanti per il cliente finale e comunicazioni organiche, non a pagamento, sui touchpoint di proprietà del brand. Questo ci permette di dare visibilità massima a tutti i negozi, degli orari di apertura e servizi che vengono offerti.

> **Pros**: L'attivazione del servizio è stata molto semplice e rapida. Ottima la ricettività e prontezza del team nel capire ed eseguire i task proposti. 
E' un prodotto che consiglierei, molto utile per supporto nella gestione di schede Google su realtà con molti negozi e quindi con molte difficoltà nel centralizzare le informazioni.

> **Cons**: Ottimi KPI Analytics ma poca condivisione del dato. Si potrebbe valutare di impostare un report automatizzato che con cadenza settimanale/mensile mostri i KPI Analytics monitorati della week/mese appena passati e confronto con w/m-1.
