> **Pros**: The ease with which I could make the transition from the computer based Accounts software to the cloud based Reckon One software. The really helpful support from Reckon was very good\!

> **Cons**: The fact that I couldn’t change the financial year of the company myself. The Book was set up by Reckon assuming the standard financial year. That book had to be cancelled and another created with my actual financial year and migration started all over again. The process took twice as long as it should have\!
