Voor de magazijnier, zeer enthousiast over de app + barcodescanner.  
Aanpassingen in de software zijn mogelijk voor een zo efficiënt mogelijke werking.

> **Pros**: Vanuit strategisch standpunt, waar ik het meest bij betrokken was, is dit een topproduct om de uitleen van onze materialen te beheren\! We zijn gestart met de standaard SaaS-oplossing, waar al enorm veel relevante functionaliteiten inzitten (order, bestelling, prijzen, stockbeheer, ...) en zijn nadien gaan uitbreiden door heel specifieke uitbreidingen/ontwikkelingen toe te passen in samenspraak met de mensen van Infodatek. Zij zijn ook enorm klantvriendelijk. Niets is voor hen te veel gevraagd en samen vinden we steeds een oplossing voor onze vragen of problemen. Ze denken ook actief mee als we ergens even geen raad mee weten.

> **Cons**: Omdat het product echt wel veel onderdelen omvat, is het in het begin even zoeken welke functionaliteit exact waar zich bevindt. Maar eens je dat onder de knie hebt, is dat helemaal geen struikelblok meer\!

- Klanten kunnen snel en eenvoudig een fiets huren

> **Cons**: - Weinig overzicht over de artikelen over de magazijnen heen
- Moeilijk aan nieuwe medewerkers aan te leren. De processen zijn vaak complex en weinig intuïtief. 
- Snel overzicht krijgen van cijfers (verhuuraantallen, omzet...) is moeilijk (Dashboards werken nog niet)
