This portal is easy for every employee to sync their devices with, when there is a glitch (which is rare), Wellable support fixes it very quickly. The reporting feature is also easy to use and very useful. We send out 2-3 Wellness emails each month and I use Wellable's templates and emails to send them out. There were templates to use that you could edit however you needed, and excellent customer service who could help quickly with questions we had. Explaining how to use this program to our employees was not difficult, and most were able to register, link their devices, and be placed on a team with no issues. My company has used Wellable two times now, and there are still so many other programs to choose from other than the Step Challenge and the Move More Challenge. > > **Cons**: The only thing about Wellable that caused an issue was syncing data from the device to the app. Some employees did not have their devices sync automatically at the end of the day, and the app/website does not allow you to retrieve that data and receive the points later on. Also, I recommend not having these challenges go on too long because about a week in, you already know who the winner will be, especially if they get the maximum amount of points possible each day - no one else ever has a chance to catch up. > > When we first started using Wellable, we introduced the Step Challenge, and we recently just finished the Move More Challenge. We are trying to promote a healthy lifestyle by getting our employees active and thinking about their well-being, hoping that it continues after the challenge is over.
