I can configure a workflow to gather documents and data from users, and I can configure the app to proceed only when the user submits the required documents that I specified. The feedback feature is also very convenient to inform the clients of the status of their compliance with regards to the documents and data submitted. > > **Cons**: Right now even though there are templates, there is a limited number. As of the time of writing this review, the roles and permissions could use a revamp and more granular permissions are desired.
