However, it not only does what we originally intended it for (an easy to use portal for clients to answer queries - they actually answer all our queries now\!) but its been really helpful in managing projects with clients. We are very impressed with the whole system, took a bit of getting used to the workspace concept but we are now adding lots of useful features to our processes. Support is excellent.
