Very solid mapping product for optimizing sales routing and territory planning
Overall, it has been exactly what I need and allows me to continue to manage my business effectively.
Pros
I have used BatchGeo for almost 10 years across 3 different companies. It is easy to use, easy to teach, and easy to get help if needed. Importing the data into the maps is super simple and the range of customizing options is outstanding!
Cons
Data points are limited to 150 lines and editing an existing map is limited on free version.

Maps of church members
We use it for finding neighbors to group together and for planning routes for drop off and pick up of items from members' homes.
Pros
It is easy to pull a list of addresses from our database and generate a map.
Cons
We only use the free version, so we occasionally run up against the limit of how many addresses we can include.

Useful with issues
Pros
Bath gel is useful if you just want a map of locations. It’s simple to use and has extensive options for customization.
Cons
I don’t like the price. For my small business, I only map less than 250 sites bi-yearly. When I started using batchgeo 12 years ago the free option was a lot different. I could map under 250 sites with no issues. Now, I map those sites and I can only access the map a certain number of times before I have exceeded the usage. I’m not pay the exorbitant price for the small about I use it. I wish I could edit the map via the app. I had to delete the app because when I click the edit map link in the email, it opened the app but you are not able to edit it there. A delete site option would also be helpful or a way to mark it as complete. I visit each site once a year so I do not need it on the map after I have visited it.

Batchgeo assists with creating and organizing routes.
Pros
Batchgeo has been a great asset to use within my company to assist with route utilization and organization. The ability to utilize with Google earth allows us to get even more details and directions regarding deliveries.
Cons
Something I have noticed improvements in is the accuracy of locations, but it does happen sporatically. It would also be great to offer trainings periodically to customers or videos shared going over features that we may not use or utilitize yet due to lack of knowledge of its availability.
