Informasoft users are able to open available positions and create job postings. Candidates can log into the system to apply for jobs under a variety of classifications. Once candidates are hired, the information contained in their candidate profiles can be transferred into their employee profiles.


Informasoft also includes time tracking capabilities. Users can manage multiple shifts across multiple locations. Employees have access to a self-service portal where they can request leave, and managers can either approve or reject their requests.


This product also offers a training management module. Users can create customized e-learning courses and include assessment features that allow employees’ scores to be factored into their performance reviews.

> We have been using Informasoft for a while and it has been a very satisfying experience for us.  The software makes our lives easier as HR personnel and simplifies our complicated and time consuming tasks.  Our main objective for using Informasoft was its recruitment and placement feature.  The software does CV parsing and uses OCR technology; however, we have been using it for more than just recruitment.  Before we started using Informasoft, we also needed an easy and clear organization chart for our company and Informasoft has provided that to us.   One last positive comment I will make is on how flexible Informasoft is.  We required some major and minor changes in the software and our requests were successfully carried out.  I would certainly recommend it to everybody.
