The annual payment is insignificant compare to the great amount of features you can use for all the day to day activities. There is a fantastic communication feature with tenants, via email or text message through the app, allowing the tenants to feel that they have their landlord within reach. This communication also allows to keep record of every communication. I love the fact that you can tailor your own lease, upload one that has already been signed or use the template and adapt it to your State specific needs. I have reached to customer support and find great customer service. In general the system is easy to use from listing, to marketing to leasing to tenancy and every management tool that is needed. The software performs extremely well and is fast to update data, specially reporting and the accounting. > > **Cons**: The accounting could be improved along with the reporting.
