## Reviews

### "Effective anti virus software" — 4.0/5

> **Masturah** | *3 August 2021* | Telecommunications | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Avast Business Antivirus is really effective in protecting my work computer and monitoring my internet activities. It will giving alert if any of my downloaded files is containing a suspicious program and will quarantine it immediately and will advice me what to do with the suspicious program.
>
> **Cons**: Full deep scanning session will draw too much of my computer resources like RAM and CPU power, it will make other software that i use while it scanning the computer will running slow and crash. A schedule timer for it to do a full scan should be set to avoiding it interfering with my work time.

### "A Highly Recommended Antivirus Software" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *25 June 2022* | Publishing | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Even on the free trial plan, Avast has a wide array of capabilities. It can easily scan all of my files for potential viruses in minutes, and you can choose whether to scan everything or a certain folder. Upon downloading a file, you can also right click in said folder to run a scan in moments before opening. Luckily I haven't come across a virus yet, but it's my understanding that it would automatically scan and alert if one were to be present. Avast also saves me from landing on sites and blocks pop-ups or ads that may contain malware.
>
> **Cons**: There have been pop-up messages every once in awhile that recommend removing what Avast deems to be "clutter" but are actually rather important files.
>
> Avast provides an excellent antivirus software that keeps my computer and files safe, and I highly recommend it.

### "Costly for what you get" — 3.0/5

> **Kimber** | *10 June 2021* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I wanted the computer protection and it does protect from some things. It brought peace of mind with the business personal info. I watched it stop a few hacks.
>
> **Cons**: Avast asks you daily to upgrade. They constantly tell you that your computer is at risk and want you to add features for more money.
>
> Overall I think it is working to protect our info, but they constantly want you to fear you need more coverage and it gets old when you think you are protected well enough.

### "Good tool for protection against malware in IT business" — 4.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *30 April 2022* | Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The premium Avast antivirus offers the highest protection against online threats like ransomware. It scans your important devices and makes sure protection against any potential attacks by cyber attackers.
>
> **Cons**: Compared to other anti-virus software, Avast slows down your devices a lot which is the most shitty part of this application.
>
> Avast business antivirus offers VPN services as well with the usual protection against malware which is the best feature to the best of my knowledge.

Another thing is that Avast is light software and less costly, which is convenient for large business domain users.

> **Pros**: I have been using Avast since the very beginning of my IT career and still, Avast keeps its reputation with good work. Avast threat intelligence is really amazing. I trust Avast as my computer network security host.
>
