> **Cons**: The sales representatives are able to change the sales person on a deal. This function cannot be removed.

> This CRM is so easy to use. You are able to @ someone on the dealership so they can jump in on whatever is needed for the customer. No more sending texts for people to read the notes on the profile.

> **Pros**: The ease of communicating with customers on DriveCentric is unparalleled.  The social media type interface is extremely clean, easy to navigate and has NONE of the fluff that you would find in VinSolutions or DealerSocket.  Updating customer records is also extremely easy and the back end setup is simple and quick.

> **Cons**: Was not a fan of the AI and the mobile version was sluggish at times.

> I have worked for several dealerships and used just about every CRM out there.  DriveCentric was hands down the best and most seamless.

> **Pros**: The product gives a good workflow to work a deal. It is easy to track customers

> **Cons**: There are a lot of ways that another salesman can get the same customer as you. The salesperson can create a duplicate and it removes you from the deal. There were a lot of bugs with creating a customer

> Overall it did a good job of keeping a record of phone numbers and customer info.

> **Pros**: The App is functional it is the only saving grace of this crm

> **Cons**: There is no service portal and salesmen are not alerted to their customers coming into service. This is where 70% of a dealerships sales derive from.

> It has been bad. They do not send anyone to help, trades do not push, boxes don't get checked on the credit application etc etc etc
