> **Cons**: E-Learning - Admin have no control over what training modules people need to complete and no access to certification to show if the training is complete. Admin need to be able to assign training to all staff and monitor as to whether or not the training has been completed.

> Overall experience has been good, just a shame we are unable to use the E-Learning as we cannot assign and review.
