This data is downloadable in multiple formats. These reports and other parts of the Epos Now management software can help with payroll, accounting, inventory, and the delicate side of business, such as finding the right prices for products or choosing what to discontinue. Epos Now systems cloud-based system ensures business data is stored securely, off-site, protecting your data from any hardware damage that may occur during trade. The software is compatible with Windows, Mac, Android, iPad, and most web browsers, which means you can switch devices and access data anytime and anywhere. Epos Now is popular with retailers and hospitality businesses in many industries, including grocers, clothes stores, convenience, specialist retail, restaurants, fast food, hotels and many, many more. Epos Now provide integrations with many familiar names, including Xero, Mailchimp, Loyalzoo, Wix and Workforce.com. Epos Now has a range of learning tools for new users, from video tutorials to online guides, but all new users are also assigned a guide to help get them set up. Epos Now can be purchased directly from the company or through a number of third-party vendors. Epos Now provides new customers with a one-month implementation manager that helps train users on the system and can guide users in migrating all customer data, products, and stock data to the new system as part of the guided process.

I highly recommend this business.

Pros

The till system works seamlessly for my business. This is what I have been looking for. I really like the ability to check my reports using the cloud option. So I can check reports even when I’m at home.

Cons

I can’t really look at anything negative at the moment for the service they provide

The Best POS System Since Slice Bread

My overall experience with the system is 100% satisfied.

Pros

What I like most about the system is that you can access the system from anywhere, also you man maintains items from the back office without interfering with the cash register

Cons

Absolutely nothing at the moment, the system works well, and I fine no objection.

Service is horrendous

I wouldnt recommend after dealing with this company, good product,good sales and set up, doesnt make up for the absolutely terrible customer service when there is a problem.

Pros

Nice looking product, modern set up looks good on counter.

Cons

customer service at your company is a joke, just pass the problem from person to person until the customer gives up calling?.. not sure why the customer service department of your company even exists because resolving issues efficiently and in a timely manor is impossible when getting passed from person to person and nothing gets done,if it wasnt so frustrating it would be funny your literally paying staff to answer a phone, apologise for the problem say they will fix it asap and then that request goes absolutely no where, repeat this process 50 times until you lose your mind and still problem wont be resolved.

One word excellent , i even recomend this system to friends .

Eposnow - a great system

My experience with Eposnow has been very good. I have had a number of occasions where I have needed to call the helpdesk and every time, the person has solved my query easily and with patience.

Pros

Eposnow is very simple and easy to use but on the odd occasion that I do need assistance, the help desk are always on hand and quick to help.

Cons

I had a minor hiccough when I first joined and was not told about the need to have integrated card payments and subsequently incurred an unexpected charge. However, this was rectified.
