The platform can easily manage several databases of medium/large size (several million contacts per database) and it gives the highest control possible on every function. The support team is great and they always reply efficiently and in a timely way. Also managing users who have access to the platform is easy and with a high degree of control on permissions and scopes. > > **Cons**: The User Interface is really ugly. But this is in part due to the choice to give you the greatest control on everything: other platforms have more intuitive interfaces where some of the "magic" is hidden to users, but this also means less control. > > I've used and managed the platform in an agency doing affiliate marketing and running 4 databases of a few million contacts each one.
