> **Pros**: The ability to create email templates quickly with a UI designer w/o a lot of technical knowledge and the ability to brand those emails.

Good template management where you can see changes and migrate config from dev and testing environments to production.

> **Cons**: Didn't support sending webhooks as much as other channels. Ran into various issues. This is not where the value add is though so not a huge issue.  Note, this is not webhooks from Courier to us which is used to get the status of notifications.
> 
> Overall an excellent experience with the product. When we found issues or needed features, they jumped on them.  We have a shared Slack channel with them and they are for the most part very responsive.  Happy with the product and support.
