> **Pros**: L'intégration à notre site web (et à notre espace client avec des configurations techniques distinctes) pour nos FAQs particuliers et professionnels (2 bases de connaissances) est claire et sans problème.&#10;Le back office est très facile à prendre en main (5 minutes), la nouvelle version 2020 est encore plus conviviale.&#10;Less accès contextuels aux FAQs (dans les formulaires de contact, ou via un moteur de recherche "stand alone" par exemple) sont très pratiques.

> **Cons**: Le SEO des FAQs pourrait être améliorés, même si l'utilisation de SEO4AJAX a résolu pas mal de soucis que nous avions auparavant.&#10;La nouvelle version du Back Office (début 2020) n'a pas encore toutes les fonctionnalités qu'avait la précédente version, mais ça ne saurait tarder.&#10;Les modifications en masse (eg. mise à jour d'un numéro de téléphone) seraient intéressantes à développer.
