Also I appreciate the reminders seeing that a new client has been with us for 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. This has been huge. > > **Cons**: The first person who explained things to me and set up the system couldn't have cared less and was not good at explaining things. After paying for the service for several months and not knowing what the hell to do with it, I reached out and got a 2nd guy. The 2nd guy I was with, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], was personable and helped explain things to me. So it was a good turn around. One thing I don't like is that there are texts and emails sent out that don't sound like me or offer things we don't have (or tell people that protein shakes don't matter while meanwhile I'm trying to sell protein\!).
