> **Pros**: Being able to customize reports to save data entry time is the biggest plus for me.  Personal support with a company that wants feedback to continually improve is unheard of.

> **Pros**: The transparency with clients to pick their own delivery date, based on the rules we set within products.

> **Cons**: Only one shipping method. Ideal if they could choose between ground or express, rules would be in place for the perishable items that would limit shipping methods to express when they are in the basket.
