Booking system they use still functions on the US time zone so we have to do an inefficient work around. > > Not great, I think the sales team sold a great vision and when I highlighted my concerns, they assured me it would be okay, but those concerns became a reality. I did find myself feeling like I was putting in a lot more work than I expected and having to explain myself a bit. It's an open canvas system. once you get the email automations setup the system works great. > > **Cons**: Wishpond was one of the first platforms within this space of CRM's, automations, but unfortunately it's not a leader in this space at all, because it hasn't kept up and innovated, my guess is, it has some huge accounts keep the cashflow going, and they've gotten comfortable. The worse thing about Wishpond is the support. The support is atrocious. They always take long (48hrs and sometimes longer) to get back to you. The platform is so difficult to use (email marketing automations and triggers specifically)They need to update the platform the UI, we are in 2023, and every other platform (their competitors) in this space, as continually innovated and made things easier to use. Wishpond as stayed the same. This is fine, if the platform was easy to use, but it's not. Im very well versed with SAAS products so I have so much experience using CRM's so it's not like I'm not a techy person. > > Average.
