Very useful & a problem solver
Pros
Bitly helped me a lot when it comes to our campaigns and long links, especially with the ads also email marketing as well

Bad customer support and high price
Pros
API is simple but any way most of the competitor has simple api structure now a days
Cons
We have cancel the subscription within 1 hour and we have not used the service. no refund process for that. Its really bad nature. By mistake we have purchased and try to refund but it no option and contact the support is crazy thing and mostly no option.

Bitly takes you where you want to go
Overall, Bitly delivers what it says on the tin. A URL shortener with a few bonus features.
Pros
Custom domain integration - gives our links a sense of trust when navigating the web. We can post short URLs with a clear branded feel to our social channels.
Cons
Limited editing functionality on custom links.
