> Browse the web faster and block data-grabbing ads and trackers with Brave. Brave's secure web browser utilizes IPFS integration, a peer-to-peer hypermedia protocol, to prevent online tracking and load content faster. Users are not only able to control how ads are seen and how often but they are also able to earn up to 70% of the ad revenue that Brave receives. Switching to Brave is intuitive by allowing users to import their settings from previous browsers.

>
> **Pros**: I like how Brave is much faster than the other softwares.
>
> **Cons**: I like everything on Brave, I have no complains about this perfect software.
>
> My experience is good, I use it for working and studying. I found it practical and easy to use.

### "An enhanced Chrome, with more privacy and protection against cookies" — 5.0/5

> **Athena** | *16 April 2025* | Wholesale | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: privacy and ad-block features, also sync chain that makes data and saved data transfer, bookmarks, and saved passwords especially seamless and easy
>
> **Cons**: it does sometimes have a delay when syncing between old and new devices, certain things such as opened tabs are still unable to be synced across devices
>
> I've used Brave to close to 5/6 years, and won't be going back to other browsers. It rides on Chrome's system so is very easy to navigate, has a super intuitive layout that resembles Chrome exactly, making it very easy to get used to even when I have started using it. I've found that browsing performance on Brave is stable, and it doesn't really crash much, even when lots of tabs are opened. When rebooting it's also easy to reopen past tabs. Extensions from Google Chrome Store can be downloaded for use directly, which is a plus from other browsers like Firefox.

### "A good alternative for Chrome but not mature enough" — 3.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *29 July 2021* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I love the embedded thor browser and the torrent client, that's a big BRAVO
>
> **Cons**: It happened often that a web page that would flawlessy work with chrome or other browsers did not load or it was broken. Also imho the rewards system is non-sense and pretty annoying.
>
> An average experience, for now I have decided to switch back to chrome but I hope that in the future Brave will mature nicely and I will definitely test it again

### "brave review" — 5.0/5

> **Aaron** | *24 June 2025* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Talking about web browser services, I use brave as my main web brawser in my personal life. at my company edge is the web browser prefer by the work applications. But I centainlly prefer brave above chrome and edge.
>
> **Cons**: Generally I dont have any big complain against brave, but I cannot use it with many applications within my work. Many of them can only load and log in with the edge browser at work, and I am not sure what would be the reason why brave does not work with those sites. As I can use chrome and edge for work applications but not brave.
>
> I can tell that my general experience with brave is better than with chrome, those big browser use so much cookies and AI to track you, that are a danger. So by using brave I can feel that I can recover my own independecy surfing the web, rather than the application showing me what to click on.

### "My main browser so far" — 5.0/5

> **Luca** | *21 March 2025* | Packaging & Containers | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I've been using Brave as my primary browser for a few years now. I find it fast, stable, and full of useful features. The built-in ad blocker is definitely great—I keep it enabled for all sites, and browsing has become cleaner and faster. I also really like the idea of crypto rewards; they accumulate very slowly, but in the first few years of using it, I managed to earn a few dozen euros by exchanging them a bit. Highly recommended\!
>
> **Cons**: Nothing. Sometimes the crypto wallet disconnects, and you need to log in again. It's nothing annoying or blocking, but I thought I'd mention it.
