I have had several one-on-one conversations with a new supervisor who comes in and assures me that they are fixing their customer service. Nothing changes. It's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. Payment processing is highly over-complicated, and does not sync well with any accounting software. Mass email program is outdated and has a clunky UI. I have found multiple bugs in the system, and it takes the development team several months to respond to any problems I have.
