It works super well on both the admin side, and the user side. We have had success using QS during COVID, especially when it has come to rescheduling weddings and events that have had to change dates or number of people on very short notice. One of the best services that QS offers though is their exceptional customer service. Any time I had an issue or could not figure out what I was doing, I was given help within a few hour (although usually less\!) with the max amount of time for the fix being 24 hours. Not many companies can boast about such wonderful service. > > **Cons**: The only real con is getting used to the software, but that's not really a con, just a learning curve. > > From start to this current moment, working with QS has been a pleasure. I had a private meeting with one of the co-founders to really see QS and get set up, and any questions I had were answered.
