> **Pros**: The user experience along with the available content. Each module is interconnected and you can easily monitor your compliance with various regulations and directives, best practice standards and frameworks from various jurisdictions and industries.  It can also support other Security and Data Protection Officer daily tasks. I have also liked the collaborative capabilities that enable large but also small teams to work together to resolve tasks. The overall risk management is also vital and beneficial for us especially when we are working in areas of GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST, ENISA and NIS Directive.

> **Cons**: The integration with other ticketing platforms. I was assured however that APIs are underway to allow connectivity with other enterprise software.

> Very quick transition from our existing solution with their onboarding capabilities and support. Thus, we were able to begin utilizing Enactia very quickly. It is very professional but at the same time, simple to use with no complexities and limited guidance required.
