The backbone for creative industries
We tied our clients closer to the creative process, make everything accessible for them 24/7, also offering a streamlined production process to printer houses and other partners.
Pros
We moved to Celum in less than 4 weeks with no hassle. Its was more or less a copy-process.
Cons
It still doesn't support Apple file formats like Pages or Keynote and also not Affinity's Designer, Publisher and Photo, which are the better choice over Adobes Indesign, Photoshop or Illustrator.

Convenient and effective.
It is a very enjoyable experience working and collaborating on project with Celum.
Pros
The concept of the assignment tree underlies Celum's simple, unconstrained, and transparent user interface. Hierarchical task lists may be added freely, and you can monitor timeframes, persons in responsibility, teams, and procedures. Celum can readily adapt to any industrial environment, independent of its unique qualities, resulting from this. For the first time, this program lets users customize their regulations, considering factors such as the institution's culture and workflow.
Cons
The lack of an Android app for this device is a significant concern. Although they offer a mobile-friendly web app, the native experience is lacking. In addition, I'd want to be able to look up all of the responsibilities allocated to a particular team member by selecting that individual.

Comprehensive Digital Asset Management
Overall, the system is extremely useful. This is like a one stop solution. Now we have all our Digital assets in one place. Also in future, we are looking forward to integrate with many other systems that we have in place to ensure a seamless digital asset workflow.
Pros
- Very comprehensive search features
- Good integration with other platforms
- Detailed metadata entries
- Useful 'collections' feature
- Processing and Downloading various formats for a single source image file is impressive
Cons
- All assets scattered in one area
- Sometimes finding an asset could be overwhelming
- Sharing multiple assets should be more easier. Right now we use collections and Pin-Links
- Sometimes the platform becomes slow

Perfect for assets management
Easy and fast showcasing platform, perfect to preview all our assets and download them in the most accurate format for different uses.
Pros
With a wide variety of assets, from videos and photos to templates, Celum allows us to have immediate access to our library without any loading time. I am especially fond of their conversion assets feature, easy to use with our non-designer users.
Cons
It has lots of features/services that make the interface less intuitive at first glance

Excellent System for Maintaining a Digital Archive
Pros
Highly adaptable system, capable of providing secure access from anywhere in the world.
Cons
Some issues related to categorisation have presented some problems. The initial interface has been declared too complex by some of our users initially
