For this, the CloudLIMS team worked closely with us to fully align the CoA template with our expectations. CloudLIMS automated calculations and used in-built logic and complex algorithms to achieve this. The CloudLIMS team configured the solution’s service and billing module to enable us to generate and send invoices to customers in our preferred layout and format. CloudLIMS incorporated a digital signature into the invoice template, allowing us to validate invoices before sending them to our customers. The service and billing module has streamlined invoicing and made it significantly easier for us to track payments. Implementing CloudLIMS and automating several key processes has enabled us to meet compliance with standards such as ISO 17025, cementing our leadership position in Nigeria’s mining industry.
