However, I really dislike that if a listing is paused for an extended period of time and auto-unlists the showing details are deleted. Having to reenter this info is frustrating. > > Overall the experience is good. At $40 a showing I thought the value was good. At $45 per showing the value is not as strong as I don't get the impression that leasing agents make much effort to lease the property. The majority do not ask the prospect if they are going to apply. Do they remind the prospect of where to find the link to the application? Some agents provide good feedback and answers to the showing report questions and others are too brief - more consistency here would be nice.
