The program is most applicable to OEM and make-to-order manufacturers, including machine shop, sheet metal and plastics companies. Within ProfitFab ERP, users gain access to several different modules. The quote and order management application provides the ability to assess blanket orders, assemble tree reports, look at order and quote histories, evaluate a bill of materials and include line notes for each item. ProfitFab ERP also includes applications for MRP, machine and labor tracking, job estimating and the ability to export invoices to external accounting systems. We would like to be able to label all our stock items with bar-codes, scan those bar-codes when an item is taken, and the inventory automatically be updated.
