This has exponentially increased our accuracy for payroll by having this scheduling platform. The customer support has been very helpful with developing the platform, taking suggestions for improvements, and providing additional suggestions on ways we can continue to improve our existing platform. The regular communication with our customer success team really makes this value of this product worth the money, time, and effort put in to it's development. The notifications for team members as well as schedulers has also helped us provide real time responses and answers to scheduling related inquiries.
