> **Pros**: What I appreciate the most about this system is how user-friendly it is and how quickly we were able to get started with it. Additionally, it has proven to be a perfect fit for all of our services, including couples massage, whether booked through the app or the online booking page.

> **Cons**: I don't have any significant complaints about the system. It would perhaps be nice to be able to save more details about our clients and our employees, but this has not posed any major problems for us. There are also a couple of missing features that the more expensive systems have that we may want to have in the future, but right now, we are very satisfied.

> I have been using this system for my salon for a couple of years now, and I must say it is incredibly user-friendly. Before DoTreat, I was using pen-and-paper to take my appointments over the phone or email.  When I started to use DoTreat, by clients could book online instead and that has saved me so much time\! There are a lot of other systems out there, but the once that I tried turned out to be overly complicated and rather expensive. Overall, I highly recommend this system to other businesses in the beauty industry.
