> **Pros**: The option to run Group financial statements, hyperlinking invoices on the system, GL dates with option to close the month.
Invoice register option.
> 
> **Cons**: The fact that once an invoice is committed you cannot amend or delete.  The only way is to enter a credit.  As a result reconciliations take forever.
> 
> Not very user friendly, needs a lot of improvements and very time consuming to process invoices.  Various screens for one function.

The most unacceptable issue is if you call Support Team, you can only email whether query is urgent or not, because there is never an answer.
