And while the documentation templates are great, they are also a little clunky; I'd love to have a simple placeholder like "\*\*\*" that I can tab through (in Epic, e.g., it's F2 I believe), as well as the ability to make dropdown options in templates that don't require the use of a whole separate section (so that I could, for example, pick from a list of common genetic testing options within the sentence I'm writing). I'd also like to see some different team member cost options. Having the same cost for team members whether they're additional clinicians who can bring in more revenue or for administrative support (who are crucial to scalability but don't generate direct income) makes the value for the cost a little tricky. > > I'm a genetic counselor, and Carepatron has exactly what I need for my solo community practice.
