This gives us an ability to track and analyze problems very easily. One of the biggest pros is their development team I think. I will also list this as a con, but they respond to change very quickly. If I ask for a new chart for example, it's there within weeks not months or years. Another huge pro is onboarding crew, they get used to Navatom and our system within it very quickly. This saves us valuable time. > > **Cons**: Navatom changes, I beleive for the better very frequently. The software I used prior to Navatom had one or two updates per year. Navatom team releases updates, what feels like every week. They have guides and notifications about these changes. But if you don't like this kind of rapid change, I would try first before buying. > > I have been using Navatom for a very long time, I have tried other products prior. Performance: I have never seen Navatom slow down or stop working, the software and it's cloud servers are amazingly performant. Keep in mind that we have tens of thousands of reports within the system. Analysis: Navatom gives us never before seen insights into our operations. The Navatom team is also kind enough to indulge us with complex charts and reports whenever we request it of them. Support: Their support team is small but very effective. Everyone on the support team is an expert in Navatom. I can't remember the exact number but they have a track record of solving problems within minutes. > > **Cons**: Navatom does not have data synchronization. Instead, everything you do is instantly visible by your company. Crew members should be aware of this. > > It's been a joyride. I find new features and goodies frequently, and my team's productivity has significantly increased by using Navatom.
