I have made numerous attempt to talk to the billing or the management but nothing gets done > > **Cons**: poor customer service, lack of supervision, lack of information, not responsive, lack of transparency, poor billing, difficult to order enough vaccines, irregular vaccines delivery > > The company bought back my vaccines supplies lower than my actual cost . they ignored my lack of signing the contract and paid their price any way. They never assigned an account manager. They are out of network for several plans without telling you and if the insurance does not cover the vaccine they automatically taking out the charges from your vaccine reimbursement. I have contacted many times the company but you can never get any one other than customer care over the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY other wise you will lose money on vaccines. They are charging me 8000 dollars for the vaccines that showed on their device that is covered but the insurance never paid so without notifying us they deducted from reimbursement check.
