The software is very flexible in that the team seems very willing to search for broadly useful information, even if it is not yet part of their data collection protocol. The flexibility of the software to achieve these kinds of additions combined with the Tealbook team's can-do, collaborative approach makes me feel like almost anything is possible\! > > **Cons**: There are certainly elements of the software that can be improved. Some of the integration activities have been a little difficult as some capabilities are not where they need to be from a data accuracy/reliability perspective. And some of the analytics capabilities are not what we had hoped.
