Fatture InCloud for Small Business Owners
I am a Career Coach and work independently. I have been using this software for my administrative management for about 8 months and I must say I am very satisfied. It is easy and very intuitive to use. All information is clearly indicated and retrievable, and for me, this is an excellent plus because I do not need complex administrative and financial management software. I can easily manage the creation of electronic invoices, proforma invoices, orders, payments, and customer data. I have all the information available with just a few clicks and I can avoid having to re-enter it every time because I can recall it with a single click. It has a very well-structured graphic and I have a dashboard always updated with the automatic real-time update of the invoiced amounts, those collected and the taxes accrued up to that moment. I am very satisfied! The customer service works very well, in my opinion. I can use the chat and the answers come to me via email within 24-48 hours at most. The guides section has tutorials and articles that explain very clearly how to solve various problems and how to manage the various functions.

FlexTaxReasons for Switching to Fatture in Cloud
I chose Fatture InCloud because I know the reputation of the company that created it, which produces excellent management software for companies, and because it was recommended to me by my accountant. He is connected to this software and can download the documents directly and independently. The price was fair.- Industry: Design

Probably the best in a software category still can do better
The state of the art for digital invoice management in italy. It’s a wanna be accounting tool, but for that function, especialy with companies accounting, there are still some functions to work on.
Pros
Ease of use, access to online databases for recognition of new registrations, automatic document reading and all the internal tools that simplify the registration and serial production of tax documents.
Cons
The impossibility of recording revenue and expense accrual periods in the budget. The pricing model: non-premium accounts are almost a sham as if you need an advanced accounting tool it is almost impossible that you will record less than 100 documents per year

Aruba Fatturazione ElettronicaReasons for Switching to Fatture in Cloud
I I chose ‘Fatture in Cloud’ for my company, as it is a much more developed software, with simplified document management systems and a better-understood interface. Nevertheless, I chose ‘Aruba Fatturazione Elettronica’ for my personal accounting and digital invoice management, as it is an effective solution for simplified needs at a much more competitive cost.- Industry: Marketing & Advertising

60% price increase in the last year
It was OK until I found out about the pricing increase that went from 60 EUR 2023 to 96 EUR in 2024.
Pros
Nothing in particular. I just used the software for electronic invoicing. It's ok.
Cons
Their pricing strategy, which is ridiculous.
They changed their license structure in order to justify a 60% price increase.

All your billing needs, online.
Pros
Fatture in Cloud is designed for Italian billing, expanded for the new mandatory electronic billing system and it's simple to use. It's simple to setup and use and you can also manage your inventory.
Cons
The customer service is not always ready to solve your doubts. The web interface is sometimes slow.If you have to issue a very big volume of invoices maybe you need a software on premise and not a online one.

A swiss army knife
It's a one-stop shop for small businesses billing, and it gives you almost everything you can possibly need, so you almost don't even notice the few shortcomings(sync with other softwares and services). Enough for a small/medium business like us, a bigger business might need a more tailored solution developed from the ground up, but for the price they're asking you can't really complain.
Pros
Basically it is feature packed and always up to date with the latest rules.
Cons
Lacks a few advanced features and isn't much customisable.
