Managing Broker Builds Online Brand with HouseJet/Market Maker Technology!

Pros

As a Realtor for many years in the Greater Chicagoland area, I have found myself stuck using some old ways of doing business, and generating leads that, I must humbly admit, haven’t been as effective for me now as they had been in the past. I understand that the Real Estate marketplace has gravitated to the Internet, but I haven’t been able to get a handle on how to capitalize on the Internet as a major source of generating leads, and for building a successful Real Estate business. HouseJet may be the solution to the challenge of building a real on-line Brand for the first time in my Real Estate career. HouseJet offers me the opportunity and the tools I need to compete in today’s technology-driven Real Esatate industry. HouseJet provides a complete tool-kit of cutting edge technology to hit the ground running: a branded website, social-media advertising, Market Maker CRM along with an AI Virtual assistant [sensitive content hidden], an inside sales team to make me look like a big company, and dynamic time-tested training courses to help me improve my sales skills. HouseJet gives me a whole lot to work with. That’s for sure. I only hope I can master this system well enough to have my BEST YEAR EVER in 2024. I firmly believe, with the HouseJet system, that will happen!

HOUSEJET: More Than a Lead Generation Platform! Levels above all the rest! Maybe they are in...

!. They offer quality materials and education and an outstanding platform, with an app for my phone as well. [sensitive content hidden]'s educational videos are just the right length, with amazing information and If you follow along you can be set up pretty quickly.
2. All the people at HouseJet that I have worked with so far are kind, well informed and eager to answer all your questions. Great people!
3. This platform is going to grow into a huge venture that will support all who support it. Collaboration is the key to success and they have it going on, among so many more offerings!

Pros

There is a lot to like about HouseJet! They have a massive Vision and Mission that is all inclusive and collaborative. They have outstanding tools that automatically set you up for success.

Cons

The only thing I do not like is the fact that they are on the east coast and I am in Hawaii making us 5 hours (and 6 hours when we change times) difference. Hawaii does not change times, we stay the same. So, I need to reach out to them well before noon if I have a question. However, the AI on their website is really intelligent and can answer a lot of questions regarding setting up your platform / documents, etc.

Read the fine print carefully

A reminder to go back to the basics and build my business on repeat and referral. ANSTAAFL

They offered quick support and a series of pre-recorded video training

Cons

Lead would stop after a few days and I regularly had to contact support to restart lead flow. I was denied my refund request after 1 year without a closing primarily because a random lead would show up and I didn't know. So to earn your refund, be ready to check every day. After a year with no closings and most leads had no idea where I got their contact information, I requested a refund. They first did a 30 day review of my refund that actually took almost 2 months. Their guarantee is misleading and based on an agreement you sign AFTER the salesperson takes your money. I was actually told "You are a salesperson, you should have read the contract. If you complained right away, you might have gotten a refund then, but it is decided on a case by case basis" Be careful!

STAY AWAY - Do not throw your money away in this scam.

I'd like to share my 12-month experience with House Jet.

Before I start, let me give you a glimpse into my background. I have more than 20 years as a licensed real estate professional. After working 18 years in California, I moved to North Carolina. Being new in this market, I decided to try something new outstide of Zillow, Realtor, or Boomtown while I worked on growing my SOI

Before I signed up with them, on 2 different sales calls, they promised a MINIMUM of 8-12 leads per month. I asked repeatedly, could it be less than that? No, they will send you a minimum of 8 to 12 leads per month, and that number usually goes up. They promised qualified leads. They said they verify the leads’ information before they actually send it to your pipeline to make sure they are viable leads. They promised they would set up appointments for me, a minimum average of 1 to 2 appointments per month. They said you get your initial investment back upon your first closing. They have different plans were you can give them a 25%, 20%, or 15% referral fee. You choose which plan you want to be on upon sign up. I chose the 20% referral fee with an initial investment of $2,497. Before signing up, I told them I still wanted to think about it and do some more research (I wish I had done that), they told me about their refund guarantee if you don’t close any transactions in 12 months. Well, it sounded amazing, how could you not go for something like that?

I signed up on 02/2023, and I received close to the amount of leads they promised on the first month. None of the leads I got to actually speak to, though. On the 2nd and 3d month, there were only a couple of leads a month. They told me I would have monthly meetings with my account rep to review the program. They set up the meetings, and both times, the rep didn’t show up. I requested an “emergency” meeting, because I hadn’t been able to talk to my reps, nor was I getting anywhere near the amount or quality of leads I was promised. We had a meeting, they added a zip code and revamped my marketing. Next month I got a few more leads (still nowhere near what they promised). At one point last year I got sick and spent some time in the hospital (was diagnosed with cancer and underwent chemotherapy for about 5 months). While all this happened, I did not log in the system for about 3 months. When I got my strength back, I resumed my calling and following up. Again, the leads were so scarce, I contacted them again to see what was happening. About 8 months into the program, I spoke to someone and let him know, again, how dissatisfied I was with the program and asked if I could just get my refund, or if I had to wait all 12 months. He said the company does not give refunds. I told him maybe that was new, but I had it on my contract that they had a 12 month refund policy. He said at that point that it wasn’t so simple, that in order to qualify for the refund, there were a lot of things I had to meet, and it would have to be subject to a review. (Of course, they forget to mention this when you first sign up, or I would have never gone for it). I diligently kept calling my leads. 2 weeks before my 12 months were up, I wrote them to let them know my anniversary was approaching, and I wanted my money refunded. I asked them what they needed from me, so that I could have everything ready. Miraculously, the last couple of weeks with them, I actually got about 20 leads. Of course, these leads, as almost all leads I received throughout the year, either had wrong phone number, wrong email, never picked up the phone, or, the few I got to speak to were either not looking to buy or sell, only curious, or where nowhere near in a position to buy.
Upon submitting all documentation they requested for my refund “review,” they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to get a response. After several calls and insisting, 6 weeks later they got back to me with “Refund Denied”.
Their claim, I did not have face to face meetings with the appointments they set. So, in 12 months they set 5 appointments for me (to talk on the phone). 4 of which were no-shows, as they never picked up the phone, not at the time of the appointment, nor the weeks following, the one person that picked up said he agreed to the appointment because the lady was pushy, but he had been out of work for over 2 years and was not thinking of buying.
The other reason, there was a break of almost 3 months during the 12 month period.
Of course, I called them and spoke to 2 different supervisors. They kept bringing this up. I told them that I even wrote it on a letter when I requested my refund, that yes, there had been that break for health reasons. Well, I didn’t hold my end of the bargain to be on the program for 12 months. To my questions of, what happened to the minimum of 8 to 12 leads per month and all their promises, as they didn't hold the end of their bargain? No answer.

Pros

All the promises they made before I signed up. They did make it sound like an amazing program.

Cons

Besides the fact that they did not deliver on ANY of their promises? You get a scarce amount of leads compared to what they promise, and the leads are useless.

Don't Buy into this SCAM!!

The biggest scam in real estate leads on the market.

Pros

Been with them since November of 2024 they were happy to take my $3,000 for colder leads then what I generate myself off of Facebook but don't worry they offer plenty of opportunity for you to spend more for more terrible leads. They also ask for me to not follow my legal laws of being an agent to continue to call on people who are on the national do not call list along with asking you to continue to call those who have asked to not be contacted again. to say I am disgusted with this company is an understatement!

The financial risk is huge and the guarantee is a scam

Attention everyone,

Please take note of the positive reviews about this company, as they often come from new agents who have just signed up for their services. It's crucial to pay more attention to the negative reviews, which come from individuals who have completed the program and experienced significant issues. That was my experience as well. I invested countless hours watching all the training videos and meeting all the requirements they set for success. Despite reaching out to my leads more than the recommended number of times, 99.9% of the Facebook leads were of poor quality.

Many leads were frustrated by the constant contact from various people, suggesting that the leads were not exclusive. When I reached out to support to improve the lead quality, they blamed me, saying my photos were ineffective. Even after sending pictures based on their recommendations, there were no improvements. They couldn’t provide proof of their SEO efforts or any real assistance. The ads they showed me were generic, and it became clear that with thousands of agents, they couldn’t focus on individual success. They used a one-size-fits-all template and would simply say, "We can't guarantee every ad will be effective."

After over a year of stress, countless hours, and no actual support beyond generic videos and unhelpful customer service, I was denied my refund request. Their guarantee is misleading. A reputable company would acknowledge the effort put in and issue a refund if their system didn't work. Instead, they offered options to get a refund after the 12-month period, which involved spending more money or contacting previous poor-quality leads.

Their customer support team, while polite and professional, couldn't actually help with marketing, and I never got to speak with anyone from their marketing team. The [sensitive content hidden] who appears in the training videos, is inaccessible and doesn't practice what he preaches. This company is run like a machine, designed to lure people in without genuine support.

If you're in a competitive market like Chicago, don't waste your money. I lost $2500 and, as a single mom, that’s a significant loss. With 15 years in the industry, I've had far better results using my own Facebook marketing and geotargeting techniques than I ever did with this company. They lack integrity and will likely take your money without delivering results.

I recommend using referralagent.com instead. They provide decent leads without upfront costs, and you only pay a referral fee at closing. Through them, I've consistently closed 3-5% of leads year over year, proving it's not my approach that's the issue.

Do not waste your time or money with this company.

In the beginning, I was very excited about all of the promises made. They provide training videos.

Cons

Pretty much everything else from the poor lead quality, to the ineffective customer support, the generic ad templates used, the lack of personalized recommendations, and the newly implemented pyramid scheme that entices agents to recruit other agents in order to make more money. After countless hours spent over the course of a year, I am out $2500 and more emotional strife than I care to express.

Complete waste of money and time

Overall experience is the most terrible and horrible that it can be. Don't use them!!!

Pros

I didn't like any single thing. From representative who lied about the program just to get my money, to useless university and tips. All leads were fake, customer service is terrible.

Cons

They guaranteed money back if I don't get the closing from their lead. I didn't get it, of course, and you can guess-they didn't refund my money.
Don't pay them! Don't trust them!

If you do not have a crm, than I guess it is good for that? Do you use their CRM and not your own by their requirements

Cons

Only 1-3 leads per month- not what they promised and the few people I was able to get in contact with did not live in my state/area or were looking to move to my area.

Nothing but Scammers

Pros

Nothing at all, they're are providing nothing but bad leads and they lied about providing referrals with 25% charge at the close of escrow, well none of that happened so I disputed with my bank.

Cons

My experience with this company is been terrible, all they provided is terrible…..leads, every single lead provided was either wrong number, bad numbers and people saying your calling the wrong person. I am going to report them for fraud and no one more penny from me. House Jet had the audacity to send my log ins but NOT my notes for all the horrible leads? Also, sales dept. had said they was going to be warm referrals? That’s why they was going to charge me 25% referral fee at closing. So my reviews are going to be ZERO and try to help other agents to not get scam by this company. BEWARE agents

My overall experience was good

I think coming into House Jet was a bit skeptical, however, thus far I am very pleased with the educational university. I think [sensitive content hidden] does a good job explaining how this is going to work and look forward to seeing an overall exceptional number of leads generated by House Jet.

Pros

I like the commonsense approach and the educational scripting.

Cons

I'm just in the beginning stage of House Jet, however, the startup fee is a bit pricey.... but I am hopeful it will be a good fit.

It has been great so far, very user friendly excited to begin working together!

Pros

Awesome system with great training. Not like other lead companies, I was hesitant to see the ROI but with this company you get your initial investment back when you close a house. I love that if I do not close a home in 12 months they will refund the money you spent. You cannot lose!

Excellent Customer Service

Signed up at the end of the day, Friday, December 20th. OfficeJet’s office was closed on Saturday and we were having difficulty getting logged into the system. We were called back by [sensitive content hidden] who promised to get someone from technical support to help. There’s no other word but impressive to describe the speed of response and extra effort by HouseJet,, especially given Christmas and travel schedules. We look forward to working with HouseJet and love the strategy of building those outer rings of leads.

Pros

After being in the business for many years with an established database, I was looking for a Lead Generation system that I believed might be compatible with my goals of growing my database further with new clients. I particularly liked HouseJet's exclusive territory for its leads and its technology of working with me to get the leads to closings.

Cons

Just starting with HouseJet so have no negative comments at this time as the service, thus far, as been top notch.

House Jet is true to it's word

Overall, whenever I have a question, customer support has always responded within a few hours and often on the same day. I'm getting leads, and working them. I like that.

Pros

When I first joined, I did my due diligence and reviewed the features, outcomes, deliverable, google reviews. I must say that House Jet is true to its word, and things happened just like they said it would and in the order that they said it would.

Cons

Sometimes the quality of the leads is dubious, but like all lead generation capture, nothing is 100%

We are a team within Compass on the verge of scaling into other markets.
HOUSEJET IS BY FAR THE VERY BEST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! Housejet has been AMAZING!!!
Bottom line: I have probably spoken to 5-7 HouseJet team members, and I remember each of their names. Not only were they happy to help, but they were happy people and fun to talk to. STARTING WITH THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS YOUR CALL, UNTIL YOU HANG UP. THEY ALL WANT YOU TO SUCCEED. This system appears to require work and follow-up. An actual salesperson and the sky is the limit. If you are an order taker who only cares about moving houses for a commission check, this might not be for you.

A+ so far so good, Just getting started

The year started exceptionally well; the first quarter was one of the best in my 21-year career. However, my business slowed significantly, obviously affecting my income. I was spending six thousand dollars monthly with a big-name lead gen platform. Although I had a great conversion and closing ratio, I was not getting the ROI necessary to continue,
I saw an advertisement for HouseJet in the morning and scheduled a call for that afternoon. During the call, the information made sense, and I thought the rep I spoke with was sincere and very transparent. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical, as I had never heard of the company and did not have time for due diligence prior to the intro call. I did know I had no scheduled closings, and if nothing changes, then nothing changes, so I decided to get started.
I completed the fast-start training immediately. The information was very detailed and presented clearly. The platform appears to provide all the resources and tools necessary for success. I love that there is a duplicatable system to train onboarding agents as I grow a team. I am very excited and eager to dive into the other aspects of the system and start generating leads!!! A+ based on my experience with other programs over 21 years in real estate.

It was my first day with the program. It was easy to navigate, and all the necessary tools were provided, along with plenty of training and support.

Impressions of HouseJet

My experience with HouseJet has been positive and very informative. The representatives have been professional and cordial.

Pros

I was a bit apprehensive when I signed on. The videos went a long way in easing my fears. All the videos were upbeat. The information was timely and to the point. I especially liked the video on scripts. Normally, I would read scripts and then set them aside. I read the scripts this time and immediately started rewriting them as instructed. This program promises to be a game changer for my business.
I look forward to learning more about the program and applying the techniques and strategies as I proceed.

Avoid, Upfront Fees + Fake Refund Pitch and False Promises

Approaching the first year, and I have had only poor experiences with every part of this company. The CRM is terrible and doesn't update after making changes or adding notes, they can shut off your platform when they want making it seem like you aren't doing the work even though no leads are coming in and then use it against you when you request a refund. This is a pyramid scheme company that will pay you for you recruiting other agents into the awful system. DO NOT DRAG ANYONE IN! THIER MONEY IS GONE THE SECOND IT HITS HOUSE JETS ACCOUNT!!!!!!!

Pros

The concept of being refunded upon first closing or end of first year. It is now clear the leads are extremely poor and they will never refund anyone citing anything they possibly can. Scammers.

Cons

They completely misrepresent what their system is and what it will provide. They promised me a minimum of 8 leads per month and including the leads that already had agents I am still under 4 per month. Lead quality is the worst I have ever come across. The refund policy is not real. They pretend they work on support tickets, but nothing gets done

SCAM!! Don't buy!

Nothing. They say they'll help screen your leads but they don't. They didnt contact my leads and help get them get them through the pipeline. It's useless. Worse leads. Most werent even in the same state. I got leads the first few months then nothing for the rest of the year.

After not updating referrals or contacting them your marketing gets passed until you update your new leads so this might be why you did not receive referrals. There was not one Pro to this service nothing they said is real.

The leads were a joke.
I had to. keep calling to verify marketing did not receive the amount of leads they said I would and they kept telling me it was something to do with face book blocking the ads. The money back guarantee is a joke they find ever excuse not to refund your money. Once you cancel and ask for refund they block you from the account

Poor Quality Leads

I’ve requested a refund from House Jet of my investment per the promise of at least one closing in 12 months or your money refunded. Once I started feedback of poor qualify leads, I stopped receiving leads. No leads ever proved to be good leads and most never responded to contacts I made via phone, text or email. One lead did say her husband got ill and she’s no longer interested. House Jet Support did not have success with leads either. Initially I received a lead to meet and when trying to schedule appointment, I never got an answer on telephone number. Simply not a quality lead. Not prequalified at all.

Pros

Price and Promises. Quality leads promised with at least one closing or money refunded.

Cons

Leads are not quality. Contacts I received over months were not prequalified and typically contacts were surfing ads and didn’t respond to me. Not one quality lead in 6-12 months.

Even with long periods of inactivity on your account where you weren't generating new leads.

Do Your Home

The sales staff lied to me when they said there was only one person in the territory we signed up. You need to call every three days or you will not receive a lead. but the customer service is excellent and they make you feel good. The leads we have received are terrible and if I can get my money back I would. Might see legal advise on this company.

Pros

The CRM and Training are very good and it is easy to learn how to use, they have great customer support to train you plus videos.

Cons

After over a month of working with House Jet, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite being promised exclusivity in the Prescott, Arizona area with the assurance that we'd be the only agents on their program, we were dismayed to discover otherwise. It came to our attention that another agent from our own team had been enrolled since August 2023, contradicting their initial claim. Out of the ten leads provided, only two were actionable, with the rest leading nowhere. The quality of leads was another point of contention, as many appeared to be recycled—identical to those we received through different programs. This lack of originality and effectiveness has been disheartening. To add insult to injury, the sales representative who initially guided us through the signup process has become unresponsive, leaving us in the dark. This has resulted in not just a significant financial loss of $2,500 but also a feeling of betrayal. The promises made by House Jet have fallen flat, leaving us to question the integrity of their service. It's hard not to feel scammed and lied to, given the discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered.

Once you have started working with us your main point of contact is support/customer service as our business advisor just makes sure you are qualified to work with us. All of your leads are generated hot and fresh from our site, marketing, and retargeting. If you see these leads on other platforms it's most likely that these are interested home buyers. We are taking your feedback into account with the team.

Do not do it

Upfront fees are extensive. Leads are not what they promise and the zip codes are not just yours they sell to others. If you are not happy. NO REFUNDS

Pros

What they promised is not what they delivered. Being in the customer service industry I have never left a negative review in my life. First time for everything

Worst Customer Experience

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LEAD AGENT - unless you want cold call leads, because that is all that this is. They will take your money and offer a lousy refund policy and lock you in. Then if you try to cancel before 30 days they will not give you your money unless you stay with them for a year and close a lead with them. Which again are simply just cold call leads from FSBO's and expired's. I tried to go through my credit card company to get my money back but was denied, so i figured that since I had already been taken for $1900.00 that I have no choice but to use the service. Well silly me because when I called back to regain access I was told that I would have to re-apply with no guarantee of approval and if approved that I would need to pay a $250.00 application fee. I strongly suggest going with almost any other lead generation company and read other reviews before taking my word for it. I'm sure that my re-application will be denied, but I cannot sit idle and let others make the same mistake that I made.

Absolutely nothing, this is not the type of lead generating service I was lead to believe it was

Worth having a look at.

Very good. Support called back, swapped out photos to enhance ads.

Pros

It took approximately 13 days for leads to kick in. I have had 4 buyer leads for HouseJet, These are typical of internet leads. No “ready to buy now” leads. And two seller leads from added FB paid ads in last five days. I plan on stopping by these leads if they don’t respond to my VMs or emails.

Cons

None as of today. Support called back. Explain ramp-up cycle, and leads started.

HouseJet Extraodinaire

They called me and signed me up. They called to check on me during the process. They were very helpful and understanding that I operate 2 businesses. I finished the onboarding process and I'm ready to go.

Pros

As a relatively new agent in a new town with no family or friends, it has been hard to establish myself. Without a solid know-how about why to be doing or how to be doing it, it has been challenging to know how to build my company. Thus far, the step-by-step go do this that HouseJet provides has given me the confidence to feel like I am going to be successful. I can’t wait to learn more and get more systems into place so it becomes second nature.

Cons

They missed my initial appointment to discuss what they offer.

Waste of time and money

My overall experience was a waste of time and money, neither of them will be returned to me...

Pros

The web site that is generated for you looked great.

Cons

They promised qualified leads, I gave them three months to produce one person for me to speak to and the one person out of 40 leads was in the shower and had zero interest in a conversation at all! I wasted extremely valuable time chasing dead ends and not to mention the $2,700.00 for the buy In. OpCity absolutely has 100% better leads and that does not say a whole lot.

I wish I had my money back

Typical bait and switch where they promise they will help you grow and succeed and take your money and don't deliver.

Pros

Deployment and their sales pitch. They convinced me to give them $4000 on the promise they would deliver.

Cons

Customer service was terrible. Every time I complained I was handed off to someone else with another promise of satisfaction.... that never came. They never followed up with me to make sure my needs were being met.

Still evaluating

So far frustrating. I am ending up using two CRM tools to assure texts or emails are able to respond directly, and I really need a lead respond as interested to make me feel better about this investment

Pros

The ability to have leads provided mixed with managing our own prospects and clients

Cons

So far the quality of leads, mostly due to them entering bad phone numbers and emails makes about 3/4 of the leads unable to be contacted. So far I have actually only made contact with one out of 11 and theywere not interested. Also it appears that texts sent from within system have a HouseJet return number so not sure how I would recieve an attempted respons.

SO far so good

the customer service has been terrific, if I'm stuck on something they have answered every single time.

Pros

I decided to go with House Jet as a lead gen solution because of what they say they offer. The training so far as been pretty good. It is easy to get some one on the phone to help. They have been in touch with me through the set-up process and have let me know ways to improve my clicks. I’m pretty new to this and haven’t converted a lead yet but feel pretty confident it is only a matter of time.

Cons

It can be overwhelming at first, once I have the time to really dig in Im sure it will be fine

My thoughts

It took a bit to get the leads coming in, but whatever adjustment was made by marketing is working. However, the response/pick-up rate is very low. I know that once there are more opportunities the rate will adjust.

Pros

The information that is collected allows for multiple options to contact the lead.

Cons

I feel the response time for the AI bot is slow. Especially since we want to connect while it is still on their mind.

Going on my own

Connecting with HouseJet has made me excited about starting my own Brokerage. I was going to go on my own anyway. What made me respond to HouseJet was the pay-at-closing, which caught my attention!! I started responding to many of the lead generators and HouseJet made me believe in their method of lead generating. As a single agent brokerage, having HouseJet in my corner will help me leverage my time the way I have always wanted.

Pros

Pay-at-closing caught my attention. They explained their process in detail and made me want to be part of their program.

Complete Garbage Product + No Ethics

Horrible company run by horrible people. They lie to get you to sign up, then lie to avoid refunding your money under their bogus "money back guarantee." AVOID at all costs!

Pros

Not a thing to like. Complete crap and incompetence from their entire team.

Cons

Failed to produce the leads promised in writing. They then did not stand behind their money-back guarantee despite me doing everything I was instructed to do. They are fraudsters.
