> **Pros**: ACH Universal is fast, easy to use, and integrates seamlessly with our accounting software, our bank, and our email system. It only takes a few clicks and an entire pay cycle is done.

> **Cons**: When there is an error with ACH Universal it's not always clear what caused it or what the solution is.

> I use ACH Universal at least once a week and I don't know how I'd be able to process bill payments without it. It does exactly what I need it to do every time and turns what would be a laborious, time-consuming process into one that takes 10 minutes a week.

> **Pros**: This product was easy to set up and move from one Accounting System to another.  We used it with QuickBooks first then we moved to Accounting Seed/Salesforce.  Very easy to switch between the two systems.

> **Cons**: When we had a computer crash we had a hard time getting the software loaded onto a new device.  We lost all the data and had to start over.
