> **Pros**: I'll be upfront and say that I had the pleasure of working for this company approx. 4-5 years ago. I've used this software as both the administrator and as an end user. I've sold this product to many satisfied customers who are still with the company. Here are the best aspects - it can be built custom from the ground up with any number of modules working to complement each other, administration can be done inhouse or outsourced to specialists, customer support is great - I never had any complaints after onboarding new customers, it can integrate with other software through API, all of the data is kept in Australia in high quality DC's with failover support(super important for local customers), there is an inhouse legal specialist that specialises in safety who can provide advice, it's super easy to use and administer, all staff is based locally.

> **Cons**: This is based on my impression in 2018. The Hazard Management and Incident Management tools needed more polishing at that time as they were relatively new modules.

> **Pros**: we use the software for both inhouse staff compliance for thousands of records as well as managing our Contractors compliance. I love the flexibility, ease of use and reporting. 

A great tool and would be lost with out it.
