Thier customer service was excellent always answering the phone, even on weekends. Better yet, they never stop improving the software. The pace at which they roll out new features was amazing. They worked with contractors to understand the needs and are outstanding at creating solutions. I was wanting the ability to send a message out to the entire team at one time and for a while that was not possible. I think that is a feature now of the Pro version. Also love the fact with being able to map your route out the way that you would like to run it makes it easy to run any route you are assigned to. Another pro is the safety test have to be completed before a driver can see the map. > > **Cons**: I feel like the timecard and approval should be available in the base version vs now it is only used in the pro.
