I LOVE that there is an option to choose the client paying the extra credit card fees when they book a class\! > > **Cons**: I was automatically migrated to the new Arketa website from Sutra Pro (the previous iteration of Arketa) which I signed up for in 2022. I loved Sutra Pro-it was easy to use and quite intuitive. This will probably NOT be an issue for new Arketa users, but for me the changeover to Arketa was mind boggling\! They have added many automations, but I really didn't understand how they were supposed to work, and there a re SO many choices\! The new Arketa Dashboard is MUCH more complicated than Sutra Pro, and it is NOT very intuitive, at least for me\! With the migration from Sutra Pro in 2024 to Arketa and as a longtime Member (from Sutra Pro days) I felt the tech support I personally needed was simply not there for me Yes, there is an online help chat line, and there are recorded instructional videos, but I found I would sit for hours with many different windows open on my computer, trying to "fix" my ongoing issues, as I followed the instructional videos. Sometimes it worked, other times it didn't. As with any new launch, there were some big missteps, including a tech mess-up with my (previously flawless) Zoom interface. With Arketa, many new Automations have been added, and although I worked very hard at updating my account I was really struggling with the lack of communication \& support, until quite recently. FYI, although every user might not need it, I would be happy to pay a bit more for some personalized tech support and help\! I'm happy to report that \[sensitive content hidden\], from the Arketa tech team, stepped up and reached out to me to help resolve most of my outstanding issues. I have now received the tech support I needed to navigate the (still rather confusing) dashboard. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]\! You are terrific\! > > FULL DISCLOSURE: I previously left an extremely negative Review here about my frustrations with the Arketa tech interface. I'm very happy to report that \[sensitive content hidden\], from the Arketa tech team, subsequently reached out to me and she has helped to resolve most of my outstanding tech issues, which involved the Zoom interface, automated confirmation emails to my clients, as well as some difficulties with clients logging on to their accounts. I have yet to resolve my problems with client invoicing, but I think that will be our next hurdle.
