Great customer service and good value for money
Good value for money. Quick and nice customer service. They respond within the same day and are very solution minded.
Pros
It is relatively easy to get started setting up assets etc. in the system. As with most (all?) platforms it takes a while before your are 100% comfortable how to handle the different situations in the system. We use the QR scanner app which works flawlessly.
Cons
It is OK intuitive to use - but not perfect. The UI is not a big issue - but it can be improved.

Not user friendly
It is more of a hindrance than helpful to access and order material.
Pros
If you have the AkzoNobel code or the Asset # you can easily find the raw material or finished good product.
Cons
If the Asset number or AkzoNobel code is not accessible, it is more difficult to find the product on EZOffice, also when I'm looking for an active product that we have at our facility, everything is showing up including retired items.

After 2 years of using EZOfficeInventory, I noticed there are some features implemented, but at the slow rate. Despite the lack of innovation and improvement, EZOfficeInventory still holds very well with current and old features that still exist years ago.

Impressive Asset Management Software
The overall experience with the product is positive. We have used this product in our organization for the last year and have an impressive user experience. The company addresses user feedback and adds features as requested. Their field agents are also friendly and supportive.

The multi-type asset tracking feature is my favorite as it doesn't restrict us to 1 or a few methods to track assets. Also, the Customer Reporting and analytics feature adds much value to the platform for the users.

Review of EZOfficeInventory
The assets were in disarray as AIN wasn't the default option when I first started working for the company. The inventory needed to be exported, sorted by group, assigned AIN numbers, and then reimported. We chose EzOffice due to its feature-rich functionality, affordable price, and user-friendly UI. Since the software was so much better than the asset management tool we had been using, I was immediately drawn to it and had no trouble persuading the rest of the team to give it a try.
Pros
Simple to use and comprehend Inventory control is quite precise. And asset management is simple to implement. The user interface is straightforward and simple to use. And traceability is excellent.
Cons
From the user's profile to make checking out assets faster, I wish there were more ways to search the independent history of asset use or make a list of my favorite assets. And the absence of possibilities for customizing the layout. In order to improve efficiency in the future, I hope the layout may be easily changed.

Easy to Use - Powerful Inventory Manager
Pros
We use EZOffice everyday. The simple nature of adding a new unit to our inventory, the ease of checking in and out items and how simple it is to locate a missing asset cannot be overstated. We, as a team, have not have had any issues with EZOffice, and our jobs are made more efficient because of it.

EZOffice does what we need it to do and it does it well. I cannot think of any issues we have had with it.

Why should we use EZ-Inventory and Why not
It overall good, As we are using it from last 3-4 years and we are very well satisfied with EZ services, afterall it helps us to manage our overall org inventory system.

1. Easy to manage all the assets inventory.
2. Option to upload bulk assets inventory from excel sheet, It save hell lot of time.
3. You are many option of pulling out reports and thier custom report pulling feature is option , it has multiple options to cover in your excel sheet which you want to export.
4. User friendly UI
Cons
There are 2 cons :-
1. There is no option to create a parent state, I don;t know I have to create a parent substate as "decommisioned"but I was not able to do so, Then I have to create a custom substate under "Retired" section.
2. Reports dashboard should is not easy to understand, I took session from the ez team but they also not able to create that such type of report dashboard.

EZ office ups and downs
As I said, I wish I had more freedom to edit and assign my inventory a little more personal to our business.
It is frustrating I have to keep certain aspects when I don't use or need them.
But overall, EZoffice has been nice for our company! and it has kept our inventory much more clean and organized! I would recommend this to other businesses.

It's been pretty good, there is a lot of flexibility with customisation which is great.

EZOffice Average Performance
Pros
I have used EZOfficeInventory twice now to pick up AIT equipment. It has been fine, but it has been a little tedious on AIT's end, I think, more than on my own.
Cons
The biggest con of EZOfficeInventory is that both times I have made a request with it, I did not receive all of the items in my equipment request order. For the first event, the date was entered in wrong, but I had no way to double check it on my end. In addition, it took almost 30 minutes for me to get all of the equipment that I had reserved, excluding the 2 items I actually really needed. For the second event the following day, AIT helped me with a last minute reservation and said that they would add the 2 items from the previous day (a mic stand and mic kit). However, when the student went to pick the items up, the mic stand and kit were still missing. I'm not sure if this is an EZOfficeInventory flaw or perhaps just understandable human error, but it has been a little frustrating.
