Netsuite Possabilities
Complicated yet worth the time to learn.
Pros
The capability to make it your own according to your needs as a company.
Cons
It's not the easiest at first there is a lot to learn to get to the point of feeling confident that you are using it the way it should be or clicking items that will affect other things (reports) the way they should. But once you learn it its absolutely effective and useful.
