> **Pros**: - conditional campaigns (delaying email sending, switching to personal emails)- multi-channel campaigns with so many option for touchpoint (linkedin, twitter, email...)- easily switching between identities to boost engagement- reporting is actually fairly intuitive and detailed (which is rare in the world of recruitment/HR Saas)- support from the team is incredible\! They're reactive, spot-on and always finding you the ideal solution (or at least top notch workaround)

> **Cons**: - not having a chrome extension to easily import leads 1 by 1 (in sourcing I'm more on a 1 by 1 than mass mode)- navigating identities, teammates and widget running on several campaigns/ID isn't that easy to apprehend at first- not being able to order audience, nor campaigns by themes/team
