Support has been great. They have chat, Call, and email, and 99% I get a quick response, and phone support is almost always answered or a quick call back. We mainly use it for the POS and the KDS (food truck) and for that purpose it is great. I also like the east of Hardware. I was largely able to use my previous hardware (tablets) and the new CC readers they have are much more affordable. This is very useful when doing off-site events > > **Cons**: We have had some issues with the credit card machines freezing up. A quick reset always fixes it but shouldn't happen.
