> **Pros**: Onlinebestellungen / Datendurchsatz von Lieferando zu Sides klappt gut. Nur andersherum nicht.

> **Cons**: Leider wird hier nicht viel für die Kundenzufriedenheit getan. Das System ist veraltet und kompliziert zu bedienen. Der Außendienstler patzig und hält sich nicht an Vereinbarungen. Der Kundenservice reagiert spät auf Anfragen und ist teilweise nach klaren Absprachen immer noch unzuverlässig.
