> MAF is a compiled Excel workbook that summarizes, reviews and forecasts operations and financial organization performance data by month on a PC.&#10;'MAF' stands for Management Analysis and Forecasting. It covers data sets for the entire organization, including both physical operations and financial data, although it may operate with one data set only.&#10; &#10;MAF provides choices on the scope of Reporting. Users may select Stakeholders and Key Indicators that relate to legislative compliance, or strategic objectives, or value to important stakeholders. MAF provides choices on comparative data, letting users select budget, or target, or previous year, or independent organization data. MAF generates estimates and forecasts automatically over two years. It is standardized for general international application to indicate possible tax burden. Income Tax and Revenue Tax indications are based on standard templates and standard formulae and do not calculate actual tax charges and liabilities. The MAF System is in compiled Excel with formulae converted to binary format. MAF includes a comprehensive Error control system. &#10;&#10;MAF compares Actual Current Year data with Comparative Data, and then Estimates for the remainder of the Current Financial Year, and Forecasts for all Next Financial Year. Reports rely on Assumptions, approximations, and constraints, which users may test with sensitivity analysis. Reports include both monthly and quarterly data, and Users may select data for one-page reports. Users may Chart data using standard Excel charting procedures.  &#10;The MAF Software includes a Guide and Reference Manual. &#10;&#10;CEOs may use MAF to monitor key operations and financial data, forecast, for early warnings, plan countermeasures, to review the effects of different scenarios. Accountants may use MAF to present one-page reports, prepare budgets or targets, prepare additional reports using Excel, and indicate tax burden. Auditors may use MAF to gain an overview of client operations and financial performance, detect operating/financial data inconsistencies, for early warnings, and defend a going concern qualification.&#10;&#10;Consultants and Liquidators may use MAF to gain an overview of client operations and financial performance, forecast, plan countermeasures, review different scenarios, plan for new initiatives, and indicate tax burden. Business School Students may use MAF to gain an understanding of organizational operations and financial performance, experiment with scenario variations, experiment with forecasting, understand tax burden, develop reports using Excel, and plan for new initiatives.
