> **Pros**: I like having automatic reminders. If a case has a statute of limitations it's important to make it a priority. Docket management and time tracking were better than I expected.
Access controls and great security are nice to have.
The Legal Assistant isn't limited to use on desktop.

There is no client portal. The calendar and scheduling could be better.

> **Pros**: This product can be customized for use in any state, which is a nice feature and can also automatically generate and transmit documents, making processes easier.

> **Cons**: I did not use this product long enough to encounter any issues, I would recommend use of this product for any small to medium law firms
