> **Pros**: Increased Efficiency- in so many ways including; administrative time cut in half from permit application to issuance, as well as plans in the field and documenting inspections and conversations

> **Cons**: A bit tricky for the first time, novice, user but builders love it as do techy folks

> We were first to go fully live with the product in Ontario. Organization keen to work with users to make system better. Design team worked closely  with building division staff.  Cloudpermit cut our application process time in half and gave us a simple platform to use for plan referencing in field as well as inspection documentation. Also allows for easy shared service agreement with neighbouring municipalities
